Fresh Frozen Herbs orders are shipped with Federal Express in express service with dry-ice.

In order to preserve freshness and quality, herbs can only be delivered Tuesday through Friday, unless the shipment or delivery date falls on a major holiday.

Please note, Orders accepted Wednesday after 3PM through Sunday will be processed on Monday of the following week.

Your shipment may arrive a day early at no extra cost.

Our Fresh Frozen Herbs orders are carefully packed with dry ice in a reusable insulated box, which is placed inside a corrugated double strength box.

What happens if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?

It is recommended that you provide an address at which someone will be present to sign for the package during business hours (most deliveries between noon and 4:30pm). In the event that there is no one present to receive the package at the time of delivery, Federal Express will leave the package at the safest entrance available, in order to insure delivery that day. A second delivery attempt may not be possible until the following day which could result in melting.

Daregal and FedEx can not be held responsible for the condition of the frozen product if the recipient is unable to receive the package upon delivery.
